Carrot cake with cream cheese frosting and peach cheese cakes in the house. Anyone???

I've decided to baked 11'' carrot cake. It should be enough for everyone.
Almost a year that i didnt bake this cake. i miz the good smell of it and ofcoz the taste too. One of my best cake ever. Hahaha...

2 x 8" peach cheese cakes. kenapa sampai 2 bijik kek yg sama???

Coz dont wanna expose the cake too long in room temperature. cheese cake is needs to be refigerated and much better served cold. Also, cheesecake can melt depending on the temperature (but this one not... sy pun naik hairan juge. Maybe coz i didnt use eggs)

Ni lagi satu permintaan org penang. Tp yg ni bukan permintaan ibu mengandung.
Ada citer best disebalik carrot cake ni. Conversation dgn Bodin 1day before.
Bodin: Dik buat apa?
Me: Carrot cake, nk bawak esok.
Bodin: Eeeee...Mana ada org mkn carrot jd cake.
Me: (ketawa terbahak2 ok) - Nasib kek tak merajuk. Hehehe...

Esoknya, pagi2 dh sampai Penang sbb gerak subuh2.
En. Bodin pun singgah umah kak ida dh membelasah carrot cake itu. Tiba2...
Bodin: Ehhhh...sedap pulak kek budak ni. Jgn ckp kat dia kak, nanti kembang pulak.

Bawa sikit gi office, mum pun bawa. Akak dtg mlm td siap tapau bawa balik umah dia.

Td gi Kota Permai antar oreo cheese cake, singgah jumpa Puan Hasnah. Kebetulan dia puasa, so jd juadah berbuka. Sampai umah dpt sms "Thanks for d cake, very nice...Yummmmmyyyy"
