Carrot cake with cream cheese frosting and peach cheese cakes in the house. Anyone???

I've decided to baked 11'' carrot cake. It should be enough for everyone.
Almost a year that i didnt bake this cake. i miz the good smell of it and ofcoz the taste too. One of my best cake ever. Hahaha...

2 x 8" peach cheese cakes. kenapa sampai 2 bijik kek yg sama???

Coz dont wanna expose the cake too long in room temperature. cheese cake is needs to be refigerated and much better served cold. Also, cheesecake can melt depending on the temperature (but this one not... sy pun naik hairan juge. Maybe coz i didnt use eggs)

Peach cheese cake for her aunt's birthday. They celebrate at Restoran Puteri Sungai Penchala. Manage to sent just on time. mula2 silap tempat. we went to Restoran Puteri TTDI, silap info (sabar je la kwn aku yg sorg ni... hikhik)

Tak sampai hati kan... So i've baked this for her.

We meet up at hentian Simpang Pulai. Look at her happy face (8months pregnet).

Happy sgt dapat jumpa Fiza. Our 1st meet up, sejak dia preggy. Baru sy teringat, few days sblm Fiza cuit kawin, dia order Peach cheesecake ni jugak. Agaknya mama ngn baby mmg suke cheese cake yek ^.^

Order from DINA yg mengidam nk cheese cake. Saturday called, Monday nak... Bertuah betulll... Nasib ada stok cheese dlm peti. Org mengidam, nak tak nk kena buat jugak ni walaupun penat sbb seharian shopping.

Boleh habis ke? hehehe...
