Peach cheese cake for her aunt's birthday. They celebrate at Restoran Puteri Sungai Penchala. Manage to sent just on time. mula2 silap tempat. we went to Restoran Puteri TTDI, silap info (sabar je la kwn aku yg sorg ni... hikhik)

German Cookies (Deutsche kekse)

Suddenly my eyes captured one simple cookies recipe from Rima blog. Oh...sy mmg prefer yg simple2 jer. hikhik....
Tak rugi mencuba cookies ni. Its melt-in-your-mouth. In my mouth too. Hikhik...

Kecomelan cookies bergantung pd org yg buat. maksud sy, klu nk kecik2 bulatkan kecik2 la... sy prefer comel2, senang nk ngap. xla penuh mulut. makan pun mcm sopan2 gitu. hikhik

Ingredients
125g butter
40g icing sugar (sieved)
125g potato starch
80g superfine flour (I used Plain Flour)

Method
1. Beat butter and icing sugar till fluffy and lighter in colour.
2. Sift in potato starch and plain flour, mix to form a soft dough.
3. Roll into small balls (about 7g each) and arrange on lined baking tray - i used 1/2 tbsp to get the same size
4. Dip the tip of the fork in a bowl of water and press on cookie dough ~ sy xcelup dlm air ;P
5. Bake in preheated oven at 170 deg C for 15 min. ~oven sy 150 deg C

Before Ramadhan, we had makan2 a.k.a potluck. I've baked Moist chocolate cake as requested (siap request lg yek korg...) hikhik... Besar 10" utk mkn 7orang. Mmg xleh nk abis la... Siap sedekah kat department lain lg.

We meet up at hentian Simpang Pulai. Look at her happy face (8months pregnet).

Happy sgt dapat jumpa Fiza. Our 1st meet up, sejak dia preggy. Baru sy teringat, few days sblm Fiza cuit kawin, dia order Peach cheesecake ni jugak. Agaknya mama ngn baby mmg suke cheese cake yek ^.^
